An anti-crisis energy headquarters for rapid response has been created.

In order to fulfill the decision of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy Sector (NERC) dated 08.08.2014 №4788 / 26/4714, an anti-crisis energy headquarters for rapid response was created in Kharkivoblenergo JSC.

The main tasks of the anti-crisis headquarters are to protect the rights of consumers of electrical energy, help and advise consumers about connecting heating equipment, urgently resolve all issues related to technical specifications, implementing projects, transferring gas heating to electric, establishing differential (zone) metering devices for electrical energy, etc.
