The exchange of goods of good quality within 14 days in the TENKO online store is possible if:
- there is a cash receipt (invoice) for the purchase of goods;
- factory seals and protective films on the product have been preserved;
- the presentation of the product and its components has been preserved: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, abrasions;
- the product has no traces of exploitation;
Terms of exchange and return of goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
