Standart series

Electric water heater (WE). It is intended for installation in flowing industrial and household heating systems. Power range: 3-15 kW, supply voltage 220V or 380V. Powder coating of the cover and anticorrosive treatment for ensuring long-term work. The diameter of the connecting pipes is 1 and ¼ inch. The device includes reliable clamps for wall mounting.

Mini (KEM). It is intended for heating of small premises up to 50 sq.m., or as an additional device in the existing heating system. Connected only to a single-phase electrical network with a voltage of 220V. The Mini boiler series is equipped with a two-stage overheating protection system, a capillary thermostat Cotherm made in France smoothly regulating coolant temperature in the range 0-90 °C, and light indicators . It has two power stages (1 – 50 percent of power, 2 – full power), 3⁄4 connection (reverse branch pipe of the coolant is on the right, supply branch pipe is on top). Relays (almost silent) are used as a communication device.

Econom (KE). It is intended for heating of premises up to 300 sq.m. with forced circulation of the coolant or as an additional device in the operating heating system. The Econom series of boilers has a two-stage protection system, which prevents device from overheating, a capillary thermostat Cotherm made in France smoothly regulating the temperature of the system in the range 0-90 °C, an analog thermometer, and light indicators for visual control connection of the circulating pump. The model range consists of boilers with a capacity of 3 to 15 kW, with three stages of heating. The equipment is connected to single-phase or three-phase networks with a voltage of 220 V or 380 V, respectively (from 4.5 to 7.5 kW – both 220V and 380, others – only 380V). KE boilers with capacities from 3 to 7.5 kW are assembled on a relay board (almost silent), all others – on modular contactors. KE boilers from 18 to 30 kW have two blocks of heaters, two power stages, respectively, with 1-inch supply and reverse pipes. The ones with power from 3kW to 15kW have three power levels and reverse pipe diameter of 3⁄4 inch. Also, this series has a terminal for an external device (closed by a jumper), a room thermostat, a daily-week programmer, a flow sensor, etc.

Standard (SKE), (SKE_G (Grundfos)). Used for heating up to 150 sq.m. or as an additional device in an existing heating system. Models of this series stand out by high reliability, produced with a power from 3 to 15 kW. Boilers have three stages of heating, and may be connected to an electric network of 220 V or 380 V. Boilers of Standard series are equipped with two-stage protection system which prevents the device from overheating, the leak sensor (boilers with the Sprut pump) which disconnects power when there is no coolant circulation, and also the safety valve which releases pressure in system above the maximum admissible in 3 atm. May be used in both open and closed heating systems. Boilers with Grundfos pump (CKE_G) are equipped with a pressure sensor and are used only in a closed heating system. Electric boilers of this range are also equipped with an automatic air extraction, an analog thermometer, light indicators of operating modes and a capillary thermostat, which allows adjusting the temperature smoothly in the range of 0-90 °C. The boilers are assembled on modular contactors, they have a duplicating contactor and a terminal for connecting an external device – a room thermostat, a daily-weekly programmer, etc. The reverse pipes are located at the bottom of the boiler and have a connection size of 3⁄4 inch.

Standard + (SPKE). Used for heating up to 360 sq.m. or as an additional device in an existing heating system. Models of this series stand out by high efficiency and reliability, produced with capacity from 3 kW (capacities from 3 to 7,5 kW (220B, 380B) are on the relay board, almost silent) to 36 kW (capacities from 9 kW to 36 kW are on modular contactors (380B)) . At the same time, boilers with a capacity from 3 to 9 kW are made with one block of heating elements, the ones from12 to 36 kW – with two blocks of heating elements.

STANDARD+ electric boilers have analog control and 3 power levels. In addition, STANDARD+ boilers are equipped with a built-in Grundfos pump (UPSO 15/60-130), expansion tank with a capacity of 7 liters (Zilmet-Italy), capillary thermostat of French production (temperature control from 0 to 90C), quality safety group (Italian production): an automatic air extraction, a digital pressure sensor, a safety valve. STANDARD+ boilers have additional electrical protection – a duplicating modular contactor. They may be operated only in a closed heating system with a pressure of at least 1 bar. Also, there is a terminal for connecting an external device in the boiler control system, closed by a jumper (a room thermostat, a daily-weekly programmer, a flow sensor). The coolant is regulated smoothly in the range of 0-90 C.
